| The "free" version pops up a web browser window with advertising when you open it. If you want the "pay" version so you don't have to see the ads, it only costs a ridiculously low $9.95! Hence the name PDF995. There is also a "suite" version for $19.95 with all sorts of additional bells and whistles, like the ability to create "live web links' in the documents, encrypted digital signatures and PDF995 creation buttons that show on the toolbar of Microsoft Word. That's the most expensive version they offer! This is a "steal" anyway you look at it, compared to Adobe's $200 PDF creation. |
